Here To Protect Your Future And Your Finances

Securing maximum compensation for those hurt on the job and elsewhere.

Viadro Law, LLP

At Viadro Law, LLP, we have a proven track record in obtaining seven and/or eight-figure verdicts and settlements in a broad spectrum of personal injury cases. We bring this experience to bear on all cases we handle, representing people who have sustained serious and life-changing injuries.

Our clients are people who have suffered amputations, burns, orthopedic injuries (e.g., broken bones and back injuries), paralysis, brain injuries and other often career-ending injuries. We also represent the surviving families of people killed in accidents of all kinds.

Many of our clients have been hurt or killed at work; we have focused much of our practice on work injuries and simultaneously litigate the personal injury case with any workers’ compensation, Social Security or longshore and harbor worker cases arising out of the same accident. Our high level of experience in these cases is important because defendants and their insurance companies will not pay appropriate compensation unless they know they are up against experienced counsel.

We work tirelessly to achieve the best result we can for our clients and enjoy an exceptional reputation in the legal community. Indeed, all of our partners are AV rated*, the highest rating through Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system. The partners at Viadro Law, LLP, have also been selected by Super Lawyers magazine as being among the top attorneys in California: Only 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers.

Our Approach

When we talk to you about your case, we first look at the injury involved. How has it affected your life? What is the impact? We then look to the parties responsible for the injury. This often requires an in-depth investigation. A car accident is not just a car accident. For example, a defective car part or a dangerous roadway may be to blame? A work injury is not always the boss’s fault. Was a defective tool or someone else really at fault? We find out.

We bring years of experience to these cases, but we also hire experts who partner with us from the very beginning to investigate your case. These experts bring in an extra layer of sophistication to analyze the case and help us develop our legal strategy.

The Cost Of Representation

It is important to seek representation from a law firm that has the financial resources necessary to fully fund your case. Your lawyer should never make decisions about your case based on an inability to pay the necessary experts or conduct the necessary discovery. At Viadro Law, LLP, we have the resources necessary to fully litigate matters. We advance these costs — never expecting our clients to bear this financial burden for us.

Handling cases on contingency, you are not required to pay your case costs or attorney fees unless and until we have obtained a recovery for you. Even then, we take our fees in a way that saves our clients money. While other firms take their fee first (i.e., on the gross recovery) and then reimburse the advanced costs, we take our fee after costs have been reimbursed (i.e. on the net recovery). This approach puts more money in our clients’ pockets.
